These are the promises the .pkg page already makes. Keep them here word for word only while they are literally true in the build.

• Photos you upload are processed to produce your image and are then discarded. We keep no copy of the input or the output.
• There is no debug bucket, error log, or cache that retains your file. The app holds your photo in memory only, for the length of one request, then discards it.
• The image provider is Google (Gemini API / Nano Banana Pro). On our production key, Google does not use API content to train its models. This depends on Google's terms; if they change, this line changes the same day.
• Generated images carry an invisible provenance marker, standard for AI-generated imagery, so an image's origin can be established.

This is separate from anything .pkg does with your photos. When you join the early list, your entry becomes your .pkg account: the same record carries your founding credits through to launch. We collect:

• What: your email address, the segment you select (business, operator, or agency), and, if you arrived through a friend's link, which member referred you.
• Why: to contact you about .pkg early access, in order, as capacity allows, and to credit your account and your referrer correctly.
• Lawful basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Payments: if you pay for founding access or a credit pack, Paystack processes the transaction. We never see or store your card details. We keep the payment reference, amount, and date for accounting and support.
• Who holds it: we hold it ourselves, in a Supabase-hosted database. This is not a third-party waitlist tool; no one but QUB3D Studios and its infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Paystack for payments, Resend for email delivery) touches it. The Supabase database is hosted in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland, EU). [This is data leaving South Africa under POPIA; name the safeguard, for example Supabase's standard contractual clauses or the EU's adequacy status, before this page goes public.]
• How long: for as long as you hold a .pkg account, since your founding credits, referral record, and payment history are part of that account. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, subject to what we must keep for financial or tax records.
• Sharing: we do not sell your information. It passes only through the processors named above, acting on our behalf, never to anyone else.

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email qaabil@qub3dstudios.com and we will action it within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in it. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The early access form talks directly to our database and to Paystack over API calls; it does not use cookies to identify you. If that changes, this line changes with it.
